NINO PERADZE

BIOGRAPHY
Nino Peradze was born in 1955. From 2002-2003, she graduated the Faculty of Easel Graphics of the Tbilisi Academy of Fine Arts in 1981. In 1984, she graduated animated film directing courses in Moscow (VGIK). She taught painting lessons at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts.
From 2007-2010, she headed the Graphic Design Department at IB Euro-Caucasian University. Nino also worked as a director on animated films: «Portrait» (V. Sulakvelidze, 1981), «Shlapa» (B. Shoshitaishvili, 1982), «Baltanosaur» (L. Chkonia, 1983), «Big Wave and Small Wave» (V. Sulakvelidze , 1984), «House for Everyone» (Sh. Chavchavadze, 1985), «King and Bird» (V. Sulakvelidze, 1985). Since 2013, she has been collaborating with Studio «Tore» (Italy).
Under the auspices of this studio, graphic books and animated films projects are being implemented.
She has received a special title by the Georgian Artists' Union - «Best Artist of the Year in Graphic Arts».
